CCTV surveys of drains, pipes and sewers provide an accurate and cost effective way to detect problems to the source and help establish the most practical remedial options.


CCTV enables potential faults to be identified before they become a problem.  CCTV inspection can be conducted to establish their condition as part of a pre-purchase survey.  This is advisable to avoid rectifying structurally defective drains which can be expensive.

CCTV Surveying Process

Phase 1
Camera inserted into drain via the appropriate access point and pushed or powered through the pipe

Phase 2
Operator observes and records the images and logs any structural defects

Phase 3
Survey report is then provided with a full description of the type and location of any defect.

Drain Layout and Location
